Eligibility
Items can be returned for an exchange or refund within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items returned must be in sellable condition, be unworn, unaltered, undamaged and in their original packaging, including having all the original tags and labels attached on the garment. In addition, valid tracking number or proof of delivery must be provided to us for all refunds and exchanges.

Processing Time
Once returned merchandise is received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 24 hours. In the case of refund, your money will be returned via the original method of payment. Returned funds will appear in your account according to the normal timeframe offered by your bank or credit card company.

Exclusions
Shipping costs of the original purchase and of the return are non-refundable. We do not assume the shipping costs of returning items, whether for a refund or exchange.
